I finally got a new mouse. It doesn't help that I live over an hour away from Best Buy and Walmart. I'm excited to finally be able to play around with Photoshop again. Now, to get that graphics pad I've had my eye on for months.

A few weeks ago, my son happened to spill my very precious Mountain Dew all over my even more precious laptop mouse. My husband paid a ton of money for this thing and has been my favorite mouse ever! Well, it stopped working. I thought if I would maybe let it dry out it would start working, as sometimes that happens, but I apparently am not favored amongst the "give a girl a break" gods and am now mouse-less. Oh. Joy. So, I'm being anal and demanding a replacement from my husband. (It really was an awesome mouse) This has drove me absolutely mad in not having a way to plunder Photoshop and Paintshop for awesomeness. I've, instead, scoped o

Happy Halloween. This is my favorite holiday. It reminds me of being a kid, which, in a way, I still am in my mind. I even thought about dressing up this year, but my kids are just old enough to be mortified at the thought. I'm not too excited about being drug around by the kids to do trick or treating, but the real fun is in raiding their candy stash later tonight. I use the excuse that they really don't need all that candy. Of course, it's really me just me being greedy. I don't have any insanely awesome Halloween deviations for this year, because life has been too busy, but I am working on some Christmas stuff that I hope to have up soon
